Steps to follow when you are a speaker and your mic doesn't work on Chrome.
If you connect to Inteprefy's RSI platform as a speaker and the mic icon is grey and looks like this:
we recommend you check that your microphone is allowed in Chrome settings, as follows:
- Click on the padlock icon next to your URL address.

Click on “Site settings” option.
- Change microphone setting to "Allow".

Refresh the event page.

You should be able to choose the sound device and to connect to the event as “Audio Only”.
