How to troubleshoot audio/video issues on your device

If you encounter audio or video issues during your meeting or event, try following these steps.

  1. Check if the device is working properly in other applications i.e. Skype.

  2. Verify that you are using the latest version of the Chrome browser, if not, update the browser, restart it and try again.
