How it works for event organizers and administrators

Request Interprefy services for your upcoming multilingual event on Google Meet. Once Interprefy has scheduled your event, you will receive a login token, link and QR code to share with your attendees, giving them access to live Remote Simultaneous Interpretation, AI Speech Translation and/or Captions.

To enable Interprefy services, your Google Meet event content is streamed to the Interprefy platform by our professional services team or alternatively by the meeting host via Interprefy Agent for Google Meet.

Interprefy Agent for Google Meet acts as an automated service that connects your meeting directly to the Interprefy platform, enabling live AI Speech Translation, Captions, and Remote Simultaneous Interpretation without complex setup. Once added to the meeting, the Agent securely streams audio for real-time translation, making multilingual communication effortless for all participants.

How to access Interprefy’s live translation and interpretation services using our Mobile or Web App

Participants can follow live Remote Simultaneous Interpretation, AI Speech Translation, and/or Captions through the Interprefy Mobile or Web app.

  • Interprefy Mobile App - Participants simply download the Interprefy app from the app store on their phone, scan the QR code or enter the event token manually and select their preferred language.
  • Interprefy Web App- Participants simply open the event link or enter the event token manually in Interprefy Web App and select their preferred language.
  • Event link, QR code or event token are provided by the event organiser.
  • Participants should use Google Chrome or Edge browsers to access Interprefy Web App.

 

All spoken content will be delivered in the participant’s selected language.

To listen only to the translation or interpretation, participants can mute the original Google Meet application or browser tab — while all visual content remains visible on the event interface.
