The partnership makes Interprefy’s powerful cloud-based remote simultaneous interpretation solution (RSI) directly available to global audiences on the Hubilo platform in a few simple steps. Interprefy supports enterprises with secure, accurate live language translation, without the cost or administration associated with traditional on-site interpreting.
How the RSI solution works
Interprefy feeds the audio and video live stream of your Hubilo event into its RSI platform. Meanwhile, interpreters working on Interprefy's interpreter soft console are watching and listening to the speech while interpreting simultaneously. Their interpretation is then streamed to the Interprefy language selector widget embedded in the Hubilo platform.
How it works for event organizers and administrators
Request live translation from Interprefy for your upcoming multilingual event on Hubilo. Once Interprefy has scheduled your event, you can simply embed the Interprefy HTML iframe widget into your webcast page and position it next to the video stream. Your event will then display a language selection droplist and be ready to provide real-time interpreting to your audience in the language of their choice.
How your attendees access live audio translation
Your event participants join the event on the Hubilo platform and select their preferred audio language from the embedded Interprefy widget. Alternatively, they can download the Interprefy app and enter the login token provided by the event organizer.
An interpreter will deliver all spoken content in the language selected by the attendee. They only need to mute the audio output on the video player and listen to the audio content with interpretation in real-time, while all visual content appears on the event interface.
What it looks like
Adding Captions and Sign Language
The standard widget installation on Hubilo is not usable for live captions or sign language as it sits below the main video window. To enable interpretation, captions, and sign language via a single widget within Hubilo the Engagement feature is utilized within the Session menu, and the Interprefy widget is added as a side panel.
Please note that:
- the “embed your App” feature is available only for Hubilo Enterprise Plan users.
- the Interprefy widget is only available for Sessions – not breakout rooms and networking booths.
How is it added?
The Interprefy widget is added as an App. To enable this, click on "Sessions" in the left-hand menu, chose a session, then select “Engagement”, and then “Add Integration”
Once added, you can select an App Icon, App Name, and then it is important to add the full widget embed code. Please remember to add the correct Token name to the code for each session.

How does it look?
Once added, the Interprefy widget appears in the right-hand side panel. The panel can be named to suit the organiser and audience via the “App Name” field.
